Worcester 15:00 Rookie Trainer Won over timber at Fontwell (19f) early in 2021/22 but after 3 underwhelming efforts over fences, showed improved form to make it back-to-back successes in this sphere when scoring over C&D a couple of months ago. Up 5 lb but fancied to be in the mix again. Thirsk 16:00 Cairn Gorm 10/3 and tongue strap on for 1st time, possibly needed the run on first start since leaving Mick Channon when fourth of 9 in 6f handicap at Windsor (good to firm) 16 days ago. Interesting from 2 lb lower with that under his belt.

Hamilton 15:50 Kats Bob Dual C&D winner this year and another good effort here when runner-up last time. Course record affords him plenty of respect. Stratford 18:50 Sir Tivo Had a fine time of it over fences in 2021/22, winning 6 times. Upsides and going well when unseated rider 4 out at Kempton and brace of placed efforts in recent weeks confirm he's in excellent heart.

Uttoxeter 14:30 Eglantine Du Seuil Talented mare who ran well when runner-up in a listed contest at Cheltenham (20f) in April (clear of remainder) and duly went one place better in a C&D handicap subsequently, leading on bridle 2 out. This tougher but she's clearly in rude health. 15:35 Cracking Destiny Might have needed the run in both comeback runs in recent months and he's now 2 lb lower than when scoring at Stratford last summer. Keep an eye on in betting. Cartmel 14:20 Finest View Denied a 4-timer by the stewards over C&D last month and seems sure to go well once more. 15:55 Seddon C&D winner who added to his chase tally a…

Newcastle 13:50 Rolfe Rembrandt Win number 2 of the year in decisive fashion at Wetherby in April. Reportedly lame in handicap at Newmarket (5f) last month. Windsor 15:55 Trais Fluors Hasn't found winning easy in recent years but eased in weights and shaped as if in good form this season, third of 7 in handicap (9/4) at Redcar (8f, good) 8 days ago. Strong claims in this field.

Doncaster 14:45 Nietzsche's Star Different proposition on back of being gelded/switched to handicaps, scoring on return at Leicester and following up in determined style at Newbury (1m) 15 days ago. That race lacked depth but he was nicely clear with runner-up and suspect there's more in his locker.

Down Royal 18:40 Curraheen Princess 2 wins from 3 runs this year. Career best when winning 17-runner handicap at Navan (5f, good, 10/3) 20 days ago. On the upgrade recently and looks capable of going in again. Goodwood 18:35 Way Of Life Multiple AW winner who brought up the 5-timer switched to turf at Newbury (12f) in May, winning narrowly but doing it a shade cosily. Only just touched off at Chepstow (10f) since and claims once more despite career-high mark.

Chester 14:10 Copper Knight C&D winner. 11/2, hinted at a revival when fourth of 13 in handicap at Musselburgh (5f, good to firm) 7 days ago. Has good chance at these weights. 15:20 Outgate Successful twice as a 2-y-o and has improved again this season, resuming winning ways over C&D at the May meeting. Solid third behind a couple of highly-progressive sorts at Haydock (1m) since and worth considering from handy draw in stall 2. Sandown 16:00 Windseeker EW Made all in 6-runner novice at Salisbury (7f, good to firm) in May before posting creditable third of 9 to Liamarty Dreams on handicap debut at Haydock (7.2f, good to firm) 2 weeks ago.…

Sandown 15:20 Lord Protector Progressive when winning first 3 starts and, while he's yet to kick on, he was stuck too wide at Chester on his reappearance. May yet get back on track down in grade. Fairyhouse 19:05 Magnetic North EW Latest win at Navan in April. Respectable fifth of 14 in handicap (22/1) at Leopardstown (12.8f, good) 8 days ago, finishing well. Newton Abbot 18:51 Leapaway Dual Worcester winner last summer and struck again at Warwick last month, leading towards the finish. Helped by a strong pace on that occasion but he ought to remain competitive up 3 lb.

Epsom 16:30 Nations Pride EW Confirmed debut promise when winning a couple of novices on the AW in the autumn and has made a fine impression switched to turf this year, bolting up at Meydan and in a listed event at Newmarket (by 7 lengths from Hoo Ya Mal). Supplemented for £75,000 and the choice of William Buick. Hexham 14:05 Monsieur Co EW Not won for a while and found his run of creditable efforts ending at Perth (3m) last time. 17:25 Restitution WIN Fairly useful winner at up to 2m on the Flat and has taken well to hurdles. Epsom 15:10 Pyledriver Took his place at the top table with victory in this last year, ridden more prominently and gamely getting back up near the finish. Second in the Hong Kong Vase in December and again ran well in the Dubai Sheema Classic in March, arguably unlucky not to win. Got to be respected. Huntingdon 14:10 Lucky Lover Boy Flat/multiple hurdles winner earlier in career, including over C&D. Respectable run from plummeting mark at Southwell 25 days ago. 16:40 Steady The Ship Hasn't looked back since sent over fences, blinkered and making all in a couple of 20.4f Southwell handicaps. Good chance there is more to come. Bath 1…

Fontwell 15:14 Goa Lil Gained a fourth handicap win during busy 2021/22 campaign over C&D in March. Jumping has let him down in two starts since but he's undoubtedly capable if keeping the errors at bay. Uttoxeter 15:31 Destrier Capitalised on a much reduced mark in 20f handicap chase at Aintree 16 days ago by nose from Barton Knoll, suited by emphasis on speed. Not taken lightly despite 5 lb rise.

Haydock 15:30 Happy Power Ended a losing run in weaker company than he had been accustomed to keeping when landing 3-runner listed race (9/4) at Leicester (7f) 5 weeks ago, quickening to lead under 2f out. Merits consideration for all this is obviously tougher. 16:05 Silver Samurai EW Confirmed his return to form when landing 7-runner handicap at Newbury (6f, good, 4/1) 15 days ago, leading final strides having been held up. Came in a for a well-judged ride on that occasion, so more needed up 4 lb. Punchestown 13:20 Kildorrery EW C&D winner. Latest win in chase at Cork in April. Seventh of 11 in handicap chase at Ballinrobe (17f, good, 7/2) 2…

Sandown 20:00 Farasi Lane Improved to win pair of handicaps at this track last summer, latest over C&D in August. Stepped up on reappearance when runner-up at Windsor recently and hopes pinned on a first-time visor eking out that bit extra.

Windsor 19:10 Enigmatic EW Landed a gamble at Pontefract in September and has returned in good form, third of 13 in handicap at Chester (10.3f, good to soft, 33/1) 18 days ago. A shorter trip is probably more his bag.

Curragh 14:40 Lord North All the sharper for his reappearance second to Alenquer in Winter Derby when landing a second successive Dubai Turf (dead-heated this time) at Meydan in March. Another prominent showing looks assured. Fakenham 16:25 Ornua EW Little show on first 3 starts for this yard since leaving Henry de Bromhead but stopped the slide somewhat in a first-time tongue strap (and cheekpieces back on) when third at Warwick earlier this month. Wouldn't be sure to build on that here though.

Haydock 13:25 Colinton EW Dual AW winner for Rebecca Menzies last summer who has continued the good work for new yard, successful twice at Newcastle prior to going in again at Catterick (12f) in April. Solid efforts in defeat have followed and he merits respect again. York 15:30 Mighty Blue Useful Irish mare. Respectable 3 lengths third of 11 to Yaxeni in listed race at Gowran (13.8f, good to soft, 7/2) 17 days ago. Considered. 17:15 Parys Mountain EW Course winner who landed 5-runner handicap a…

Ayr 15:20 Achelois Progressed into a useful filly last term, gaining third success at Goodwood (9.9f) in July prior to a trio of solid in-the-frame efforts. Career-best when runner-up on return at Epsom (10f) and well worth her place back at this higher level. Warwick 16:40 Miss Heritage Consistent and genuine mare who resumed winning ways with a bang in a Grade 2 mares' event at Doncaster in January. Faded from 3 out in the Swinton at Haydock 11 days ago but return to calmer waters an obvious plus. 17:10 Joke Dancer Scored again at Kelso (17f) a fortnight ago, quickly settling matters after jumping on at the second last. Never been one to rely o…

Leicester 19:50 Treacherous EW Sixteen runs since last win in 2020. Below form fifth of 10 in handicap at Windsor (6f, good to firm, 10/1) 14 days ago, not clear run. Back to a potentially lenient mark and he's one to consider. Windsor 18:10 Tabdeed Useful gelding. First run since leaving Owen Burrows when respectable fifth of 9 in handicap at Kempton (6f, 15/8) 28 days ago. Group 3 winner in 2020 and a big player at this level.

Uttoxeter 18:20 Eglantine Du Seuil Talented hurdler who pulled well clear of the rest when runner-up in a listed mares' handicap back from a break at Cheltenham (20.2f, good) last month. 3 lb rise fair and this step back up in trip won't be a problem. 18:50 Found On Dual winner over hurdles and has got he…
