The Injured Jockeys Fund said in a statement on Sunday that Lee, a Grand National-winning rider over jumps before a successful switch to ride on the Flat, had “suffered an unstable cervical fracture causing damage to the spinal cord, as well as damage to blood vessels in the mid-cervical region.” Continue reading...
