Weighted to go close again and step up in trip a plus too. Big player. Similar form when third in introductory event at Ascot and he retains potential. Navan 14:15 Global Equity Fairly useful hurdler. 9/1 and cheekpieces on for 1st time, very good second of 20 in handicap hurdle at Leopardstown (18f, soft) 14 days ago, just failing. Well respected. 14:47 Fury Road Smart hurdler. Course winner. 1 win from 2 runs this season. 13/8, 9¼ lengths fourth of 7 to Flooring Porter in Christmas Hurdle at Leopardstown (24f, soft) 55 days ago. 16:00 Lucky Tenner Useful bumper winner before (16/5) promising third of 16 in novice hurdle at Fairyhouse (16f, heavy) on hurdles bow 13 days ago, short of room 2 out. Open to progress, so holds good claims. Newbury 13:15 Ahorsewithnoname Bumper winner who landed a brace of 1½m novice events on the Flat for Brian Ellison in 2019. Very promising start over hurdles when second in C&D listed novice in November and open to progress. 13:50 Southfield Harvest Lightly-raced bumper/maiden hurdle winner who advanced his form when a neck second on handicap debut at Wincanton on Boxing Day (21.4f). Up 5 lb but emphasis on stamina sure to suit. 15:00 Greaneteen Stylish winner on return in Exeter's Haldon Gold Cup and raised game further when second to Politologue in Tingle Creek at Sandown in December. More needed again but that's not out of the question. 15:35 Mister Coffey Improved again to win on handicap debut at Sandown (2m, good to soft) in November.
